The Week 4 Rundown

The heart stopping drama that went down in our 4th week Most people say the third time is the charm but it seems the fourth time is our charm. It's been 4 weeks into the bootcamp and dare I say our best week so far. We were able to meet our deadline and not just 'meet' it, we met it on time. We also had our long awaited meeting with Drey, one of the superiors of the bootcamp, which had everyone on edge. The week's tasks weren't particularly easy but we had gotten better at maximizing our time. Here's a dive in of everything that went down.

Here's a dive in of everything that went down The digital marketing and content creation team were finally back to posting great content after taking a french leave or should we say break in the third week. They also added finishing touches to their end to end marketing plan for the big launch in a few weeks. The graphic designers also created beautiful flyers with lovely with the content from the digital marketers The Product designers also finished up the design for the web page, needless to say, the designs were good too good, from the colour combination to the layout, it was just perfect The Product Management team was also on it's toes with overseeing the general work of all the other tracks as well as, hosting a standup meeting daily to get reports from each team. The Microsoft office team also designed our presentation for the week via the reports from the other tracks. They did a great job as well while maintaining the brand's theme and colours. The Frontend and Backend team began the implementation of the the design from the product design team and they've gone far enough in such little time. The Quality Assurance also carried out the test run of various prototypes according to the flow. And finally the meeting with Drey our community manager which took place on Thursday by 8pm. We had joined before the set time so as not to be late therefore, we saw the meeting of the team before ours. This team did not come to play, they had brought their A+++++ game and we were scared we wouldn't do half as well as they did. The fear never left us even when it was time for our presentation but the presenter put on brave face and delivered excellently despite having network issues. Drey commended us and pointed out the areas we needed to improve on. We were proud of ourselves.
